Counselling by Telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile:
This is available to people in Australia. It is not necessary for an initial face-to-face meeting.
Psychotherapy by Telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile:
Because of its more intensive nature, psychotherapy is offered by telephone only to clients who have visited me at my clinic at least once for a face-to-face consultation. This is available only to people residing in Australia.
Please note that clinical hypnotherapy is NOT practised or available by telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile, only by face-to-face in the clinic in Sydney.
Sex, Gender & Sexuality Consultations by Telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile:
Consultations by telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile are available internationally to people living outside Australia. Please note that this service is NOT counselling or psychotherapy.
I am acting solely as a consultant, not as a clinician. Clients must see their own clinicians and therapists. I simply offer my expertise as a specialist in this field.
General information on Telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile consultations:
All consultations via the above methods must be paid for by credit card in advance of the appointment. For the initial booking, you are required to pay for the first two-hour session and also for the next session which lasts one hour, in advance which makes three hours.
Each session, you pay for one hour in advance if it is a one-hour session or two hours if it is a two-hour couples session. On the last consultation, you will be one hour in credit which will be credited to your bill on that day.
Upon booking your telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile consultation, you will be given a standard hourly rate which will be applicable to everyone, as well as the time of your appointment.
No refund is available for cancellations made less than 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment (Australia Sydney time). Please note we need to arrange our clinic schedules well in advance, both for the convenience of the clinician and client.
To reiterate: If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance (Mon-Fri 9am-5.00pm Australia Sydney time). So if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on the Thursday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you will need to cancel the Friday before during business hours and so on.
Changes or cancellations made less than 48 business hours in advance will incur the charge of the FULL RATE for that session. This also applies to missed appointments. Clients pay for the telephone, Skype or 3G Mobile call at the prearranged time.

Before your scheduled appointment, you will need to download the relevant form available on the Terms and Conditions page, sign it, scan it and email it back to us at info [at] tracieokeefe [dotcom]. You also need to download, fill out, sign, scan and email to us the relevant Credit Card Authorisation Form on that page.
How to access Skype facilities
Skype is free software that you can download onto your computer, allowing you to make voice or video calls via the internet to anywhere in the world, FREE of charge.
Visit the Skype website at www.skype.com to download the software and for instructions on how to use it.
Please make sure you have set up Skype correctly on your computer and tested it before your appointment.
Technological errors at your end at the time of your appointment that are due to not having set up Skype correctly in advance will result in you being charged for your appointment in full.
